Magazine Redesign and Layouts
This nightlife magazine, which had been a Boston staple for decades, was in need of a redesign to bring it up to date. The redesign and ongoing layouts included:
- Stand-out / high-contrast cover layouts designed to attract attention to sidewalk distribution boxes and entice prospective readers
- Edgy and clean photography and illustrations
- Uncluttered layouts with easy-to-follow hierarchy
- Engagement tools designed to draw the reader in, including pull-quotes, subheads, and “decks” that teased the coming story or article
- Open updated typography
